Found in Flickr. Must've slipped through the cracks.
I was looking through these photo groups (highly recommend, though it can make us Americans a bit upset):

I see your fast Audi has Porsche wheels and a Euro plate. You must be so cool.....
Also, am I the only one that thinks Audi headlights from this era look like cheesy aftermarket lights?

That's not a Euro plate. It seems to be Israeli. Also, the wheels are the factory wheels.

The RS2 had Porsche (996?) wheels from the start...

The RS2 had a porsche engine and wheels...always been like that?

The RS2 had an Audi engine that Porsche heavily massaged. It did have Porsche wheels but they had Audi center caps, not Porsche caps.

pa dealer plates at that

It did have Porsche wheels though, so that's excusable!!! Though the one in the photo has 996 wheels and the actual RS2 had 964 wheels. Trivia: the RS2 also has 964 door mirrors! And brake calipers! And the "PORSCHE" script in the "RS2" emblem on the back & front...

Israeli plate on the front, PA dealer plate on the back... hmmm....

i saw this car at at the Porsche swap meet at Hershey last year and it was absolutely gorgeous. Everything looked perfect except that the steering wheel has no center cover over the horn or possibly where the airbag was. I got almost as excited for this as I did for the carrera gt across the lot

yep and not the porsche wheels it's currently wearing

I've seen this car in person a few times over the years, and it gets me every time! It appears to be 100% authentic in every way shape and form. It is not a perfect car by any means, which solidifies the fact that it is original, and not any sort of conversion. I've never spoken with the owner, but at an all Porsche car show (shown above) this car was the center of attention, yet nobody seemed to know how it made it to the U.S.

that's because the cheesy aftermarket cloned them.

He used to slow down to 35 and make the kids jump out at soccer practice. "Tuck and Roll kids, tuck and roll!"
